Ellen K. Pitt is a New York licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). She graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 1998, with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. Ellen has trained extensively with John F. Barnes, P.T., founder of the Myofascial Release Approach. She has also presented numerous educational workshops on the approach at local hospitals and home-care agencies.
Ellen blends traditional Occupational Therapy with Myofascial Release, creating a safe, nurturing environment which allows clients to achieve the highest potential of healing. In addition to her private practice, she has over ten years of experience working as an O.T. in hospitals In-Patient and Acute Rehab, Sub-acute Rehab, home care, schools and early intervention.
