Myofascial Release (MFR), is a whole-body hands-on form of bodywork that relieves pain, improves posture, flexibility, strength, function and quality of life. Myofascial Release frees up restrictions in connective tissue (fascia), which can get bound down through trauma, inflammation, or poor posture over time. The therapist assesses the body and uses a broad spectrum of sustained pressure into the fascia.

The fascia in the body forms a "spider web" surrounding all structures in the body including muscles, nerves, blood vessels and organs down to the cellular level. An injury in one area creates a pull on the "spider web" and can cause symptoms in unrelated areas of the body due to fascial connection. Myofascial Release relieves symptoms and gets to the cause as well. It is a whole body approach and has long lasting results, allowing the patient to return to a healthy active lifestyle.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST), is a gentle hands-on approach, allowing the therapist to evaluate and enhance the craniosacral system. This system consists of the membranes below the skull and the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) that cushions and bathes the brain and spinal cord. It is thought that through trauma or stress, CSF movement may become restricted. The therapist manually applies subtle movement of the spinal and cranial bones attempting to bring the central nervous system into harmony, thereby improving the flow of CSF. Craniosacral Therapy reinforces the body's natural healing ability and allows you to move and function better. It is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and other physical dysfunction.

Occupational Therapy (OT), a health profession that focuses on an individual's ability to participate in daily activities and lead a purposeful life. It is aimed at improving performance, preventing illness and disability, and promoting adaptations through life changes. There are times when a health problem or injury can prevent people from participating in life's daily activities (occupations) - ordinary and familiar things that people do every day. Occupational therapy can help a person to do all of these things, and more. Research shows when people are able to participate in the world around them, they live happier, healthier, more productive lives.
